Your full Congress registration

Full Congress registration will give you access to the full Congress programme, all open sessions and the exhibition hall.  Lunch and coffee breaks are provided on all days. This registration allows access to the Welcome Reception on Monday, 22 April 2024. All sessions will be presented in English.

GROUPS

Group registration for 10 or more participants is now available for the full Congress and Exhibition Visitor categories. For groups with fewer than 10 members, individual registrations are welcome. Reach out to registration@worldenergycongress.org to initiate your group registration process.

Special group deal: when registering 15 participants for the full Congress as a group, you will receive one additional full Congress registration complimentary! Please contact registration@worldenergycongress.org for more information.

Your exhibition visitor registration

Exhibition visitor registration gives access to the exhibition halls and the Welcome Reception on Monday, 22 April 2024. There will be significant opportunities to network and meet throughout the exhibition days plus attend all activities scheduled to take place throughout the exhibition.

Invitation letter for visa application

All participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration process. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation before the Registration Department has received the registration fee and confirmed your registration. Please note that the Organisers will not contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf.

Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a refund of the registration fees to the Registration Department by email, according to the cancellation policy as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.

Media registration

The World Energy Congress welcomes working media and digital content creators covering energy across any vertical. As of Friday 19 April, online media registrations are no longer possible. Media can register onsite from Monday 08:00hrs at the Ahoy Arena. Be sure to bring the documentation as listed here.
