Collecting your badge

Present a valid passport, national ID, or resident ID at the venue to collect your badge. Pre-registering online is mandatory, walk-in registration is not available on site.

Payments can be completed online via credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. On-site payments are accepted by credit card only.

No. All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Congress are eligible for a refund, minus a USD 200 administrative fee per pass. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the Congress are not eligible for a refund. You may transfer your registration to a colleague up to 10 days before the event.

Yes. Accreditation is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed before your booking is confirmed and your badge issued. Further details will be shared with registered delegates ahead of the event.
