Do you need a visa?
All international attendees must hold a valid Saudi visa before arriving in the Kingdom, unless exempt under Saudi entry regulations. Most nationalities can apply directly online via the Saudi eVisa portal — valid for one year, multiple entries, up to 90 days per stay.

Visa support for delegates, speakers, and exhibitors
If you are registered as a delegate, speaker, or exhibitor, visa support is available through your Congress registration dashboard. Complete your online registration first, then follow the visa support request steps in your account.
Collecting your badge
All registered attendees must present a valid passport, national ID, or resident ID at the venue to collect their badge. Pre-registering online is strongly recommended — it significantly speeds up check-in on arrival.
