The World Energy Congress 2027 takes place 26–29 April 2027 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full venue details will be confirmed and shared with registered delegates ahead of the event.

World Energy Congress 2027 welcomes delegates from across the global energy community — government ministers and senior officials, C-suite executives, technical experts, investors, academics, civil society representatives, Future Energy Leaders and accredited media professionals.

Yes. Delegates from sponsoring or exhibiting organisations are entitled to a preferential registration rate. Contact the team at worldenergycongress.org/sponsorship-exhibitor-contact for further assistance.

Payments can be completed online via credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. On-site payments are accepted by credit card only.

No. All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Congress are eligible for a refund, minus a USD --- administrative fee per pass. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the Congress are not eligible for a refund. You may transfer your registration to a colleague up to 10 days before the event.

Yes. Accreditation is mandatory for all attendees and must be completed before your booking is confirmed and your badge issued. Further details will be shared with registered delegates ahead of the event.

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and the mandatory accreditation process has been completed.
